good experience but room left room for improvement

The staff were attentive, making sure our drinks were always filled at the pool. I appreciated their quick service with luggage and taxi arrangements. The beach and pool options were great, allowing us to relax at our own pace.

What a mess!

The staff was super nice, but the place was a disaster. AC barely worked, and my room had water leaks. I woke up to a flooded floor from rain! We had to eat at the buffet daily, which was okay, but they had very limited dining options. This place shouldn’t be open during renovations!

The beach was gorgeous and had clean water 🌊. However, the food really disappointed, with several options not being up to par. A lovely location, but everything else fell short.

The small pool felt private and relaxing. The staff were friendly and attentive. I enjoyed the swim-up bar and beautiful sunset views. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great coffee bar with delicious coconut ice cream! ☕

The properties of the room were decent, providing a comfortable bed and a lovely pool view that enhanced our relaxation. However, the dining experience lacked quality, with the food consistently falling short of expectations, often bland and unappetizing. Additionally, the service was inconsistent. it took far too long to receive drinks at the pool, tarnishing the overall experience. Staffing also seemed overwhelmed, which left us frustrated at times.

I loved the picturesque beach and stunning sunset views. The well-maintained grounds made it easy for me to navigate, and the attentive staff ensured I felt comfortable throughout my stay.

More shaded seating areas for relaxation would be nice.

This property has several appealing features, primarily its beachfront location and dedicated staff. Yet, numerous maintenance issues, including leaking ceilings and dirty rooms, coupled with disappointing food quality, fail to justify the rating. In short, it needs significant upgrades to meet expectations.

I loved lounging by the private small pool, soaking in the tranquil vibes! The sunset views from the adult pool were amazing, giving off those perfect romantic feels. The staff went above and beyond, especially the bar team at the swim-up bar. They mixed up the tastiest cocktails that paired perfectly with the warm evenings.

100% recommend ❤️🌴

In my wife’s opinion, there could have been more shade options for families at the beach.

During my stay, I absolutely loved being just a short walk from beautiful Playa Delfines and having a variety of delicious dining options including the nearby Nook Restaurant that truly made my weekend exploration delightful. however, the resort could improve accessibility for elderly guests who may find the stairs to the beach challenging.
